摘要
近年来冠状动脉疾病(coronary artery disease, CAD)的发病率和死亡率日渐上升,已成为威胁人类健康的重要疾病之一,动脉粥样硬化是其主要病因。血流灌注异常是CAD发展的第一个标志,因此早期检测心肌灌注异常并进行积极干预,可以有效地降低心血管疾病的发病率和死亡率。目前,已有多种影像学检查方法用于冠状动脉疾病的诊断,且通过多种影像技术的联合应用可以弥补不同成像技术之间的不足,提高CAD诊断的准确性。现就冠状动脉疾病的多模态成像技术进行综述。
In recent years, the morbidity and mortality of coronary artery disease (CAD) are increasing day by day, and it has become one of the important diseases threatening human health, and atherosclerosis is its main cause. Abnormal blood perfusion is the first sign of the development of CAD, so early detection of abnormal myocardial perfusion and active intervention can effectively reduce the morbidity and mortality of cardiovascular disease. At present, there are a variety of imaging methods for the diagnosis of coronary artery disease, and the combined application of a variety of imaging techniques can make up for the shortcomings between different imaging techniques and improve the accuracy of CAD diagnosis. In this paper, the multimodal imaging techniques of coronary artery disease are reviewed.
