摘要
现如今需要血液透析的患者越来越多,对于还未建立动静脉内瘘的慢性肾衰竭患者,中心静脉置管成为一个重要的透析通路。随着置管人数的增多,置管并发症问题也越来越被关注,其中导管相关血流感染是其中发生率最高的,一旦发生,往往会伴随发热、寒颤、休克、低血压等症状,对于患者的治疗和预后影响颇大。针对性的研究其发生因素、感染的治疗及预防对未来中心静脉置管患者可以有效地降低其感染发生率,改善预后,目前也有很多文献报道导管相关感染的治疗和预防,取得了很好效果,现本文将针对导管相关感染的发生因素、治疗和预防展开综述,为以后临床工作提供有力的依据。
Nowadays, more and more patients need hemodialysis. For the patients with chronic renal failure without arteriovenous fistula, central vein catheter has become an important dialysis pathway. With the increase of the number of catheters, the complications of catheterization are also more and more concerned. Among them, the incidence of catheter-related blood flow infection is the highest. Once it occurs, it will often be accompanied by fever, shivering, shock, hypotension and other symptoms, which has a great impact on the treatment and prognosis of patients. Targeted study of its occurrence factors, infection treatment and prevention for the future central Venous Catheterization patients can effectively reduce the incidence of infection, improve the prognosis, there are also many literature reports on catheter-related infection treatment and prevention, good results have been achieved, this article will focus on catheter-related infection in the occurrence of factors, treatment and prevention to provide a strong basis for future clinical work.
