摘要
通过满意度评价问卷对鲁西南地区10家医院2580名患者进行调查,运用综合评价方法对鲁西南地区城镇医疗服务满意度进行评价,为医疗资源配置结构的调控、改善医疗资源优化配置、提高鲁西南地区医疗资源配置的公平性与效率性、促进服务质量提供依据。
2580 patients from 10 hospitals in southwest Shandong were investigated by satisfaction evaluation questionnaire. We evaluated the satisfaction of urban medical services by using the comprehensive evaluation method. It provides a basis for the government and the medical market system to regulate the medical resource allocation structure, improve the rational allocation of medical resources, improve the fairness and efficiency of medical resource allocation in Southwest of Shandong Province, and promote service quality.
