摘要
自七十年代以来,液滴冲击冷却的研究受到广泛的关注.对于单个液滴的冲击换热已进行了很多的分析.但由于冲击液滴流动复杂且过程短暂,所以至今换热机理尚不清楚.本文着重研究冲击冷却效果最好的液滴泡状沸腾换热工况.
The nucleate boiling heat transfer for a impinging liquid droplet upon a hot surface has been investigated experimentally and analytically. Water and ethanol were used as boiling liquid. The impinging velocities ranged from 0.5 to 3 m/s, and the drop diameters were varied in the range of 2-4 mm. The effects of impinging velocity and liquid subcooling were examined. By use of a simple impinging model, the incipient time of nucleate boiling and surface temperature and heat flux during the impact were calculated. The experimental data agreed well with the calculated value.
