摘要
研究了用Cr(Ⅵ)-二苯碳酰二胼体系测定尿液中微量铬的流动注射标准加入法,处理后的含铬试样作载流,Cr(Ⅵ)标准液从进样阀加入载流中。工作曲线和样品测定条件完全一致,消除了未知基体的干扰。分析结果的变异系数为1.73%~3.66%,加标回收率为97.2%~106.0%.
This paper presents a methed of determination of chromium in the urine withflowinJection standard addition methed for the reaction between Cr(Ⅵ)and l,5-diphenylcarbazlueis studied.The treated sample is used as stream. The sta ndard solution of Cr(Ⅵ)is injected fromthe sample valve. The relative standard deviation is 1.73%~3.66%and the recovery rate ofchromium is 97.2%~106.0%.The current system has a simple,rapid,accurate feature and nu-merous potential applications for qua ntitative studies of trace analysis of chromium in the en viron-mental sample.
