摘要
综述了食品中常用添加剂亚硫酸盐的检测方法。测定方法包括分光光度法、化学发光法、荧光法、电化学法、色谱法和酶法等。对食品样品中亚硫酸盐的分离、提取方法也做了简要概述。
Various methods for the determination of sulfite in food products were reviewed in this
paper, These methods includes UV-Vis spectrophotometry, chemiluminescence, fluorometry, poten-
tiometry, chromatography and enzymology. The efficient sample preparation procedures, as well as
the trends of developing rapid and practical analytical technologies were also discussed.
