摘要
目的 :比较凯时及传统方法治疗突发性聋的临床疗效。方法 :分别对 12 0例突发性聋患者采用凯时、高压氧 (凯时组 )及传统方法治疗。结果 :凯时组疗效明显优于传统方法组 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论
Objective: To compare with the effects of alprostadil and traditional method on treating sudden deafness.Method: 120 patients were separately treated by two methods of alprostadil, hyperbaric oxygentherapy(group of those treated by alprostafil injection) and traditional method,hyperbaric oxygentherapy(grorp of those treated by tradition method).Result: The clinical effect of the first method was obviously superior to the second one,there was significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion :Alprostadil injection is satisfactory drug on treating sudden deafness.
