摘要
档案是进行科学管理,提高工作效率的有效工具。为充分发挥档案在经济和社会中的重要作用,必须尽快提高档案管理人员的政治素质、业务素质、信息管理素质和创新素质。
Archives are the tools with which we can carry on scientific management and improve efficiency.To bring the archives into full play on the economic and social development ,the author thinks it a must to improve the administrative personnels political quality,business quality,managing quality and innovation quality.
