The local governement plays an important role in the development of local economy.It is the head of the mass in opening their minds and the policy maker and director in the development of specific district economy;it is the main work force and manager in the construction of the basic facilities and the small city;it is the coordinator in the development of environment protection of area;it is the driving force in the establishment of the district's market environment.
