摘要
通过对注塑机结构和功能的分析 ,提出了注塑机结构模块化设计思路 ,并给出了注塑机结构模块化设计的实例。通过研究可见 :注塑机结构的模块化设计将有效地控制注塑机零部件品种 ,促进零部件在虚拟企业范围内的专业化生产 ,提高整机质量 ,缩短新产品开发周期 ,降低产品开发、生产和维护成本 ,方便产品维修。
After analyzing the structures and functions of plastic injector,a modular design philosophy for the structure of plastic injector is proposed.Then some examples are provided to illustrate how the philosophy works.From these studies,it can be seen that the modular design for the structure of plastic injector will limit its variety of the parts and assemblies,enhance the specialized production of the parts and assemblies within virtual enterprise,improve the quality of the machine,shorten the development time of its new category,lower the cost of product development,production and maintenance,make the repair of the product more convenient.
