摘要
在后现代主义教育观先进理念指导下 ,充分发挥学生思想品德评价的导向、激励和教育功能 ,对科学地评价学生思想品德技术方法选择上要注重定量与定性相结合、他评与自评相结合、相对评价、绝对评价与个体自身评价相结合 ,诊断性评价、形成性评价与终结性评价相结合 ,使得在整个评价过程中体现出人文关怀和以人为本的思想 ,尊重学生个性发展 ,实现评价目标 ,在实践中具有一定的理论指导意义。
The system of students' morality evaluation has the functions of orientation, inspiration and education. To give a full play to these functions, we'd better put the advanced approach of postmodernism into practice. And in order to make the evaluation more scientific, when we choose the method, we should pay attention to the combination of quantity and quality, that of other- evaluation and self-evaluation, that of relative evaluation, absolute evaluation and self-evaluation, that of diagnosis-oriented evaluation, process-oriented evaluation and result-oriented evaluation. Thus, the spirit of students-oriented evaluation system, the respect paid to student's individual development and the evaluation purpose can be achieved.
