摘要 分析了武钢两台30000m3/h制氧机在实际生产中,由于氮气管网的改造,造成空压机电耗升高的原因。采取了适当降低上塔压力的措施,经过改进,使制氧机的电耗明显下降。 In production of two 30000 m3/h oxygen making machines of Wuhan Iron &Steel Co., power consumption of the air compressor increased because of transformation of nitrogen pipeline .The causes of power consumption increment were analyzed. The pressure of upper tower was properly reduced. The improvement made the power consumption of the oxygen making machine was obviously decreased.
