摘要
目的:建立耳廓三维图像数据库,为耳廓缺损的患者提供义耳修复所需三维数据。方法:根据确定的耳廓形态分类标准,选取标准耳廓石膏模型,使用螺旋CT扫描标准耳廓石膏模型,获取标准耳廓石膏模型的三维数据,使用游标卡尺手工测量,获得标准耳廓石膏模型的耳长、耳宽值,将所获得的三维数据和手工测量数据,一一对应构建成耳廓三维图像数据库。结果:建立了由22个单元组成的耳廓三维图像数据库。结论:耳廓三维图像数据库的建立,使对耳廓形态的研究,由个体研究转向整体规律性的研究,提高了耳赝复体制作工艺水平。
Objective: To provide three-dimensional data to fabricate auricular prosthesesfor patients who lost unilateral ear,an auricular three-dimensional image database was established.Methods: According to confirmed auricular shape classification criterion, typical auricularplaster models were selected. Three-dimensional data of typical auricular plaster models wereobtained with spiral CT scanning, and the length and width of auricle were measured by verniercaliper. Three -dimensional data together with the length and width of auricle were used toconstitute auricular three-dimensional image database. Results: The auricular three-dimensionalimage database containing 22 units was established. Conclusion: Establishment of auricularthree-dimensional image database will advance the study of auricular shape from individual toentire regularity, and promote the technical level of auricular prostheses fabrication.
