摘要
目的:从生物力学角度探讨桩在牙体缺损修复中的意义;分析不同材料桩核的修复效果。方法:选择一接近标准的上颌中切牙,在微机上建立天然牙的三维有限元模型,以及牙根及桩核的仿真模型,对天然牙和三种类型材料的桩核模型,进行切端模拟加载,对比分析模型内的牙本质应力分布情况。结果:桩修复后,牙本质的应力分布模式发生了改变,金属桩改变应力分布模式的作用最明显,复合树脂桩最差。结论:桩在牙体缺损修复中有保护功能,复合桩是一种较理想的桩核设计。
Objective: In order to investigate the significance of post in odontoprosthesis from biomechanical standpointand to compare the restorative effects of the posts made of different materials. Methods: A maxillary central incisor up tocriterion was selected to construct the three-dimensional finite element model on computer. The emulation models of rootand post and core were also established. The force was loaded on all the models from the incisive margin and the stressdistribution was analysed. Results: The pattern of the stress distribution in the dentin was altered after post restoration,which was more obvious in metal post restoration and less in compound resin restoration. Conclusions: The post hasproctective function in odontoprosthesis; Compound post is possibly a good post design.
