摘要
目的 :总结腹腔镜联合治疗腹股沟疝合并精索静脉曲张的临床经验。方法 :回顾分析 6例腹股沟疝合并精索静脉曲张的临床资料。结果 :6例中除 1例左侧腹股沟斜疝合并同侧精索静脉曲张患者术后局部积液 ,经穿刺抽吸后治愈外 ,5例治愈 ,无并发症。近期随访无复发。结论 :腹腔镜联合治疗腹股沟疝合并精索静脉曲张 ,患者创伤小 ,康复快 。
Objective:To summarize the experience of treatment for the inguinal hernia combined varicocele by laparoscopy.Methods:The clinical data of six cases with inguinal hernia combined varicocele were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Local hydrocele occurred in one case after operation.The patient was cured with puncture.Five cases were cured .There were not complications and recurrence recently by follow up.Conclusions:The advantages of this method are small injury,fast recovery and low recurrence rate.
