摘要
在建筑物中墙体裂缝是常见的质量问题,引起裂缝的原因涉及建筑的设计、施工以及周围荷载环境的变化等因素,而由于建筑施工与使用环境变化引起建筑物墙体裂缝更为普遍。笔者在简要总结分析建筑物墙体裂缝原因的基础上,提出了裂缝控制原则与防止措施。
The wall crack is a common quality problem of building. The reasons cover the design, construction and the changes of loading environment of building, but especially the wall cracks caused by construction and the environmental changes. Based on the summary of main reasons for wall cracks, the paper proposed some control rules and prevention measures.
