摘要
目的 总结近 5 0例心脏电生理检查及射频消融术的经验。方法 采用慢径消融法 ,设置为 30W、5 5℃。若消融有效持续消融 6 0s。结果 1例于消融中出现房速 2∶1下传。 6例消融全部成功 ,随访 4个月～ 5年 ,无复发病例。结论 酷似房室结折返性心动过速的房速的存在是完全可能的 。
Objective To summarize the cardiac electrophysiology and radio frequency current ablation (RFCA). Methods 6 cases (male 2 and female 4) were treated with RFCA at 30w 55oC for 60 second. All cases were successful but 1 cases appeared atrial tachycardia conducted. There was no recurrence after 4 months ～5 years follow-up. Conclusion The RFCA could treat the atrial tachycardia with safe and successful effect.
