摘要 利用了一套特殊设计光纤探头组成的稳定态光纤光谱仪测试生物组织的光学参数 ,从悬乳液 ( Intralipid)与模拟胶 ( Phantom)实验推导出优化散射系数 ( Reduced scattering coefficient:μ′s)近红外谱测量经验公式。测量反射系数就可以计算出优化散射系数谱。计算结果用模拟胶作了验证 ,并对大鼠脑组织μ′s 进行了实时在位测量 ,从而得到了一种 μ′s The optical parameter from tissue simulation solution (intralipid) and solid phantom is measured by the specific design of the fiber optical spectrometer. And the scattering property of the simulated tissue is acquired by a standard Oximeter. The relationship between the reflectance and the reduced scattering coefficients is obtained by the data fitting. Thus, an empirical formula for calculating the reduced scattering coefficient is derived, which is further modified through the solid tissue phantom experiment and applied in vivo measurements for brain tissue of a rat. By combining the specific fiber optical spectrometer with the empirical formula, an efficient method for real time determination of tissue reduced scattering coefficient is established.
