摘要
目的 观察复方葛根注射液对大鼠局部脑缺血的保护作用及其作用机制。方法 采用大鼠结扎右侧大脑中动脉 (RightMiddleCerebralArteryOcclusion ,RMCAO)方法造成局灶性脑缺血模型 ,研究复方葛根注射液在脑缺血中的保护作用。测定脑组织匀浆中的一氧化氮 (NO)及一氧化氮合酶 (NOS)含量 ,探讨药物作用机制。结果 复方葛根注射液能够明显减轻脑梗死重量 ,保护神经细胞 ,降低脑匀浆中NO及NOS含量。结论 复方葛根注射液对脑缺血有明显的保护作用 。
AIM To study the protective effects of Puerarin Lobata injection on focal cerebral ischemia. METHODS 60 Sprague Dawsley(SD) rats( 30males and 30 females) were randomly divided into six groups. The focal cerebral ischemia rat model was made by the occlusion of middle cerebral artery. The weight of infarct tissues and extent of neurologic deficit was observed. NO and NOS were measured. RESULTS Puerarin Lobata injection, in a dose dependent manner, obviously dwindled infarct zone in cerebral tissues and ameliorated rat neurologic deficit in the MCAO model. It could also decrease the activities of NO and NOS content. CONCLUSION Puerarin Lobata injection has an obviously protective effect which has something to do with the decreasing of the activities of NO and NOS content.
