应用体外冲击波治疗末端病的疗效观察 被引量:40

摘要 目的 :观察体外冲击波治疗末端病的效果。方法 :采用德国PIEZOSON 10 0电 -液压型体外冲击波治疗仪治疗网球肘、跟痛症和肩袖损伤共 116例患者 ,观察治疗效果。结果 :网球肘治疗显效 72 .4 % ,有效 18.4 % ,效果不明显 9.2 % ;跟痛症治疗显效 32 .1% ,有效 5 0 .0 % ,效果不明显17.9% ;肩袖损伤治疗显效 2 5 .0 % ,有效 4 2 .0 % ,效果不明显 33.0 %。统计学分析显示治疗效果差异有显著性。结论 :应用体外冲击波技术治疗末端病损伤较小、安全可靠、方法简便 ,但对不同部位末端病的疗效明显不同。提示在应用本方法治疗末端病时应该注意病变的部位和范围 ,明确末端病发病产生症状的确切病理 ,方能有效治疗。 Purpose: To study the therapeutical results of the treatment of enthesopathy by ESWT. Methods: Total 116 cases including tennis elbow, calcaneodynia and rotator cuff injury were treated by ESWT( Piezoson 100 model of Wolf Company, Germany). Results: For tennis elbow, the results showed excellent 72.4%, good 18.4% and fair 9.2%; for calcaneodynia, excellent 32.1%, good 50.0% and fair 17.9%; for rotator cuff injury, excellent 25.0%, good 42.0% and fair 33.0%. Statitical analysis showed the results had difference between each two groups. Conclusion: Treatment of enthesopathy by ESWT is a less injury, safer and easier method. However, there is a therapeutical difference in different locations of enthesopathy. It indicates that in order to get better therapeutical result by using ESWT on enthesopathy, the location and the pathology causing clinical symptom must be understood well.
