摘要 介绍了喷水减温器的工作原理和优缺点及结构形式,用实例对3台电站锅炉喷水减温器的定期检验及检验中发现的热疲劳问题进行了分析,说明了热疲劳是喷水减温器破坏的主要形式之一,强调了喷水减温器定期检验的重要性。 In this paper, the working principle, strong and weak points, structure type of spray type Desuperheater have been introduced simply. The periodical inspection on spray type desuperheaters of three electricity power plant boilers and the thermal fatigue problems found in inspection process have been intro- duced and analyzed with living examples. It is explained that the thermal fatigue is one of the important kinds of failures of spray type desuperheater. The importance of the periodical inspection on spray type desuperheater has been emphasized.
