摘要
目的 :对碱水法生产穿心莲浸膏工艺进行优化。方法 :正交实验设计优选最佳工艺条件。结果 :以pH =9的溶剂提取 3次 ,浸泡时间为 6d ,加入的溶剂量为药材量的 6倍为最佳提取条件。结论 :优化后的提取工艺经济、合理 ,能确保药品质量。
Objective: To optimize the basic water extraction process of andrographis paniculata extract.Method: The orthogonal method was used to select the best technological condition.Result: The main factor that affected the dehydroandrographolide in andrographis paniculata extract was pH, and were time and times of extraction secondly. The number of experiment A 2B 2C 3D 1 were the best extracting conditions, which was extracted three times with the solution of pH=9, the soaking time was six days, the added amount of solvent was six times of mount of medicinal materials.Conclusion: The optimizing extraction process is economical and reasonable, the curative effect can be got, and the quality of medicine can be ensured.
