摘要
文章探讨了军事医学发展战略的创新策略 ,研究提出了军事战略环境是军事医学战略决策的基本前提 ,当前军事医学战略决策调整的方向是面向信息化战争 ,军事医学战略规划应战备与现代化并重 ,任务布局应适应新军事革命发展作较大调整。强化全面创新意识是中国军事医学发展的关键 ,军事医学创新应包括 :观念创新 ,概念创新 ,管理创新 ,研究领域拓展 ,知识和技术及其应用创新 。
The objective ofthis article is to probe into the innovations in the development strategies ofmifitary medicine and to bring forward that military strategic environment is the foundation of strategic decision for military medicine.Current adjustment in strategic decision for military medicine should be made in the direction of information-based war,with equal importance given to beth military preparedness and modernization in shaping the strategic decision for military medicine,and with tasks tailored to the new military revolution.A heightened awareness ofinnovation in a comprehensive manner is the key to the development ofmilitary medicine ofChina.andtheinnovations shouldbefoundinideas,conceptioils,management,expansionof researchfields,knowledse and technology and their application,and comprehensive integration.
