摘要
目的 评价LW -特效灭蟑乳油的灭蟑效果及其在使用中的安全性。方法 采用接触法和急性经口经皮毒性试验方法。结果 经口毒性雌雄鼠LD50 均为 4 30mg/kg ,经皮毒性雌雄鼠LD50 均大于 2 0 0 0mg/kg。结论 LW -特效灭蟑乳油毒性低 ,使用安全 ,灭蟑效果良好 。
Objective To evaluate the effect of LW oil solution and its safety. Methods Contacting and acute oral and skin toxicity experiment. Results As for acute oral toxicity,the LD 50 of both male and female was 430 mg/kg.But for acute skin toxicity,the LD 50 of both male and female was above 2 000 mg/kg.Conclusion LW oil solution had low toxicity and good efficacy.It was safe for using and should be given broaden application.
