摘要
本文分析了新社会阶层的优秀分子入党的理论价值和实践意义;提出了新社会阶层的优秀分子入党给党的建设提出的新要求和新问题;据此论述了解决问题的对策和措施。
This paper analyses the theoretic value and practic meaning of admitting the advanced persons of the new social status into the party and points out the new task and problem of the party construction caused by admitting them into the party.therefore,the countermeasures are given of the solution of the problem .
