摘要
研究以磷酸二氢钠为催化剂,环己酮和乙二醇为原料合成了环己酮乙二醇缩酮,并考察了各种因素对反应的影响.实验确定了较优的反应条件为环己酮0.1mol,环己酮:乙二醇=1:1.5(mol/mol),催化剂用量为1.40g,带水剂环己烷10mL,反应回流时间180min,其产品收率达90.6%.该方法的优点是环己酮的转化率高,催化剂重复使用性能较好.
Cyclohexanone Ethylene Ketal was Synthesized from Cyclohexanone and e thylene with NaH2PO4·2H2O as a catalyst; The different factors of reaction cond itions were discussed ; The results showed that the optimum conditions were as f ollows: based on 0.1mol cyclohexanone , the molar ratio of cyclohexanone to ethy lene 1:1.5(mol/mol), catalyst1.40g, the water-entainered 10mL,the reaction re fluex time was 180min , the most high rate of product was90.6%. The catalyst ca n be repeatedly used well .
