摘要
文章通过对我国高校毕业生就业制度几次调整的回顾和由调整所引发的社会各群体就业观念和就业心态的转变 ,揭示了高校毕业生就业政策调整的依据 ,同时 ,探讨了新就业观念形成和发展过程中出现的新问题、新现象 ,为我们积极适应就业政策的调整。
