摘要
20世纪90年代中后期以来,外商对华投资从试探性战略转向长期投资战略。外资对我国企业的并购成为外商投资战略调整的新趋势。这既给我们带来了积极的一面,也同时给我们带来了消极的一面。我们应认真分析外资在华并购的现状、存在的问题,完善我国外资并购立法。
After the middle period of the 1990s, foreign investment in China transforms trial strategy into long-term strategy. The merger and acquisition of foreign capital in China become new trend, which brings us positive and negative effect. We should carefully analyze current situation and problems of merger and acquisition of foreign capital in order to consummate foreign capital legislation of merger and acquisition.
