学科队伍建设是学科建设的关键,学术团队建设是学科队伍建设的重点,学术带头人是学术团队的核心。培养和引进学术带头人,鼓励和支持学术带头人组成学术团队,实施政策与利益导向,完善考核与激励机制,强化学术团队的形成和发展,创建和谐的团队氛围是促进学术团队建设的良好方法。
The key of the discipline construction is the discipline troops construction. Research group is the emphasis of the discipline construction. The chief of the research group is the nucleus of the research group.The good means of promoting construction of research group include cultivating and attracting research chieftains, implementing navigation of policy and benefit, perfecting mechanism of assessing and inspiriting, intensfying formation and development of research group and setting up harmonious group atmosphere。
