摘要
在经济日趋全球化的环境下,我国经济法律体系的建设不断受到新的挑战,但也带来发展与完善的机遇。完善我国经济法律体系,必须与完善社会主义市场经济体制和WTO体制相适应;必须坚持从现代市场经济法律体系建设的一般规律出发,从全面建设小康社会的实际出发,从我国经济在经济全球化时代赢得可持续发展的要求出发;必须实现理论指导上的突破与创新,正确处理好立法中的各类关系。
Under the environment that economy globalizes day by day, the construction of the economic legal system of our country is receiving new challenge constantly, but this brings the developmental and perfect opportunity. Perfecting the economic legal system of our country must suit with perfecting socialist market economy system and WTO system; must insist on proceeding from the universal law of legal system construction of modern market economy, from the practice of building the well-off society, from the demand of sustainable development; must realize the break-through and innovation on the theoretical direction and handle all kinds of relations in the legislation well correctly.
