摘要 从我国四川省一疑似鸡传染性支气管炎(Avian infectious bronchitis virus,IB)的雏鸡病料中成功 分离到一株鸡传染性支气管炎病毒(Infectious Bronchitis Virus,IBV),命名为SC。病毒经鸡胚传代、血 凝试验监测和负染电镜检查证实为IBV。自接毒鸡胚尿囊液中提取RNA后应用反转录-聚合酶链反 应(RT-PCR)扩增得到了IBV SC株mRNA 6 cDNA(编码N蛋白)。应用DNA star 5.06,Clustal 1.8分析软件 将克隆测序的N蛋白基因与Genbank中11株国内外参考毒株进行序列比较分析和同源性分析,发现 IBV SC株变异独特,明显不同于国内外参考毒株。 A strain of infectious bronchitis virus has been successfully separated from a chicken infecting suspicious avian infectious bronchitis virus in Sichuan province of China, it was named SC. The virus has been confirmed to be IBV through chicken embryo passage, hemagglutination test supervision and negative staining checking with electron microscope. After extracting single-strand RNA from the allantoic fluid of the virus-inoculated chicken embryo, IBV SC strain mRNA 6 cDNA (No. N protein) has been achieved by using RT-PCR. With DNAstar5.06, clustal 1.8 analysis software made sequential comparison analysis and homology analysis between N protein gene of clone sequence and 11 strains of domestic and overseas reference viruses in GeneBank, the result has shown that IBV SC strain has uniquely freaked, and is obviously different from the domestic and overseas reference virus strains.
