15种杀虫剂对多年生黑麦草幼苗根生长的毒性效应

摘要 在实验室条件下进行了15种杀虫剂对黑麦草幼苗根生长的抑制试验,测定它们对黑麦草幼苗根的毒性。试验结果表明,15种杀虫剂对黑麦草根的毒性各不相同,其中甲萘威的毒性最大,其EC50值是94.36 mg/L,三环锡毒性最小,EC50值为1 252.93 mg/L,其余的居于二者之间。不同类型的杀虫剂对黑麦草根的生长抑制效应也不同,总的来说,有机锡类杀螨剂对黑麦草根生长抑制效应最小,其EC50值在710.42 mg/L以上,氨基甲酸酯类杀虫剂和有机磷类杀虫剂对黑麦草根的生长抑制效应具有多样性,氨基甲酸酯类杀虫剂中,克百威抑制效应最小,其EC50值是1 179.2 mg/L,甲萘威的抑制效应最大,其EC50值是94.36 mg/L;有机磷类杀虫剂中,辛硫磷抑制效应最小,其EC50值是879.81 mg/L,虫胺磷抑制效应最大,其EC50值是242.75 mg/L。 Laboratory studies were conducted to determine the toxicity of 15 insecticides to Perennial ryegrass seed root. Root length was measured in ryegrass. While all of 15 insecticides were toxic to Perennial ryegrass seed root, there were substantial differences in different insecticides or different concentrates of same insecticide. Among those insecticides, carbaryl was the most toxic to Perennial ryegrass seed root, and the root length EC50 was 94.36 mg/L; cyhexatin showed smallest toxicity to Perennial ryegrass seed root with the biggest root length EC50 of 1 252.93 mg/L; the other insecticides were also toxic but with various root lengths EC50 between 94.36 mg/L and 1 252.93 mg/L. Insecticides of different categories?showed different toxicity: organic stannum acaricide were smallest and their root length EC50 were all above 710.42 mg/L; carbamate insecticides and organophosphorus insecticides toxicity to Perennial ryegrass seed root were multiple: among carbamate insecticides, carbofuran displayed smallest toxicity with root length EC50 of 1 179.2 mg/L, carbryl displayed greatest toxicity with root length EC50 of 94.36 mgl/L; among organophosphorus insecticides, phoxim toxicity was the smallest with root length EC50 of 879.81 mg/L and fenamiphos showed greatest toxicity of root length EC50 of 242.75 mg/L.
