摘要
对马铃薯 17份新型栽培种和 7份普通栽培种材料进行了RAPD分析 ,14条随机引物共扩增出 170个位点 ,其中 130个位点表现为多态性 ,占 75 2 6 % ,表明新型栽培种材料具有广泛的遗传基础。利用UPGMA法进行聚类分析 ,2 4份材料被分成 4个组 。
With 14 random primers,the RAPD analysis was used to determine the genetic relationships between 17 Neo tuberosum clones and 7 common cultivars of potatoes ( Solanum tuberosum ssp andigena ).The results indicated that the Neo tuberosum clones were with abundant genetic diversity.One hundred and seventy unambiguous bands were observed,in which 130 were polymorphic bands.The average polymorphism rate was 75 26%.Phylogenetic relationships of 24 genotypes were discovered based on phylogenetic tree by use of UPGMA method,which were divided into 4 groups.The Neo tuberosum and the common cultivars were clustered into different groups respectively.
