摘要
本文介绍了由机械合金化方法合成的各种亚稳态新材料——非晶、准晶及纳米晶材料的各类体系,形成的热力学与动力学条件,结构及性质等方面的最新进展。认为由机械合金化合成的亚稳态新材料的技术有着广阔的前景。
In this paper we report on the latest progress in the systems, thermodynamic and kinetic conditions of formation, and structure and properties of metastable amorphous, quasicrystalline and nanocrystalline materials produced by mechanical alloying. It is believed that mechanical alloying opens broad prospects to the synthesis of new metastable materials.
