摘要
当前高校图书馆人才资源建设的形势紧迫,人才资源建设中存在着一系列问题,有着多方面原因,必须采取相应措施搞好人才资源建设。
It is a pressing task for college libraries to construct a team of qualified library assistants. Some problems exist in the college library assistants and behind them there are some causes. Several measures should be taken to construct a team of qualified library assistants.
