摘要
本文研究了雾化粉末Al-4Mn-4Ni-0.6Mg-0.6Zr合金的粉末粒度以及除气、压实和挤压温度对合金组织和性能的影响。除气、压实和挤压温度越低,粉末合金的强度越高。粉末粒度对性能的作用受除气和压实温度的影响较大,当除气和压实温度较高时,粒度的作用不显著;当除气和压实温度较低时,粒度的作用明显。粉末颗粒越细,合金的强度越高。
The effects of powder size and the temperatures of degassing,compact,extrusion on microstructure andproperty of rapidly solidified Al-4Mn-4Ni-0.6Mg-0.6Zr alloy were studied.Lower temperatures of de-gassing,compact and extrusion resulted in higher strength.The effect of powder size on property was deter-mined by the temperatures of degassing and compact.
