摘要
采用细胞化学方法研究南美白对虾卵子发生过程中核酸、蛋白质、糖类及酶的变化特点,结果表明:从卵原细胞到卵母细胞的发育过程中,核酸逐渐分散,蛋白质大量沉积,糖类递增,酶类物质也在慢慢积累.在成熟的卵母细胞质中含有大量的蛋白质、糖类和酶,为以后的受精作用和胚胎发育做好了物质准备.还初步探讨了引起上述变化的原因及意义.
Cytochemical studies demonstrate that the changes of main biochemical materials occur during oogenesis of Penaeus vannamei. With the development of oogonia to oocytes, nucleic acids ( DNA and RNA) are gradually scattered. As the maturation of oocytes proceeds, a great deal of protein, carbohydrate and enzyme are produced in the cells. There are a lot of protein, carbohydrate and enzyme in the mature oocytes. These materials are prepared for impregnation and embryonic development in the future. The reason and function of these above changes are also expounded in this paper.
