企业文化是任何一个企业都必然存在的管理要素 ,是一种遍及于企业各方面、各层次的价值观、思维方式和行为规范。企业文化是一种凝聚人心以实现自我价值、提升企业竞争力的无形资本 ,它在企业经营中发挥着重要的作用 ,并直接影响企业的经营业绩。
Enterprise Culture is a major element of management for any enterprise,which presents value,ways of thinking as well as rules of actions existing in every aspect and every level of the enterprise. It is also an invisible capital which helps to unite faculty members to realize its value and to promote the competitive ability of the enterprise. It plays an important role in business management and produces a direct influence on business achievements.
