摘要
通过对汽车覆盖件的形状和拉延工艺性的分析,提出了基本壳的概念,即根据覆盖件的几何特征和成型特性,对其进行合理的工艺分块,并对单独取出的分块进行定量定性的工艺计算和分析。应用基本壳体对覆盖件一次拉延成型的工艺性进行了探讨。
Based on the analysis of the fromsand drawability of automotive covering parts, a concept of 'basic shell' is proposed by the author, and the manufacturability of once-through drawn and formed coveering parts is evaluated by using the concept. The concept of basic shell implies that the covering part can be rationally divided into various processing panels according to its geometric characteristics and forming features, then the process of each individual panel can be qualitatively and qualitatively calculated and analysed.
