沈家本的汉律研究是汉律研究的一个里程碑,反映了其律学研究的最高水平。他的汉律研究不仅材料翔实、精审,论证详细、缜密,结论平允、严谨,而且采用了比较研究的方法,并充满着浓烈的现实关怀之情。而这些则是与其深厚的国学功底、开阔的视野、严谨的学风、强烈的社会责任感紧密相联的。
The research about the law of the Han Dynasty made by Shen Jia-ben , which reflects his highest level in the research of law is a milestone in this field . His research not only is based on abundant and accurate history materials, but also leads to fair and just conclusions ,which made by detailed and deliberate demonstration . At the same time , Shen Jia-ben takes the method of comparison and shows his intense concern about the reality as well . All the above is closely connected with a solid foundation in Chinese national culture , the wide view , the strict academic discipline and the strong sense of social responsibility.
