改善50Mn18Cr4钢在硝酸盐介质中耐SCC性能的研究

摘要 将稀土元素和铬离子注入50Mnl8Cr4钢表层,用四点弯曲法研究了离子注入、添加剂以及阴极极化对50Mnl8Cr4钢在硝酸盐介质中耐SCC性能的影响,用动电位扫描法研究其阳极行为,用XPS对注入与未注入试样的表面化学成分以及化学状态进行了研究。结果表明,稀土元素和铬离子的表面注入,介质中加砷以及阴极极化,可以显著提高50Mnl8Cr4钢的耐SCC性能。 Rare-earth and chromium ions were implanted to the surface layer of 50Mn18Cr4 steel. The effects of ion-implantation, additive and cathodic polarization on SCC resistance of specimens in nitrate solution were studied by means of four-point bending method. The corrosion behavior of specimens in nitrate solution was studied by potential dynamic sweep method. XPS-PRO had been used to study the compositions and chemical states on the surface layer of ion-implanted and unimplanted specimens, it was discovered that SCC resistance of 50Mn18Cr4 steel was enhanced significantly by implanting rare-earth and Cr ions to the surface, adding As in medium and applying cathodic polarization to steel.
