摘要
提出了一种用提取姜黄后的残渣从姜黄中分离纯化姜黄油的新工艺,优化了姜黄和姜黄油的工艺条件,并对姜黄油的抗氧性和还原性进行了表征。结果表明,所获得的姜黄油在收率、性能特征等方面与采用CO2超临界萃取提制的产品相近,且操作简单、成本低,具有推广潜力;姜黄油中存在还原性羰基,具有抗氧功能。
A new adsorption purification process of curcuma oil are obtained with the ginger residue. Effective factors on the produce ratio of curcuma have been studied. Antioxidant potential and reduction property of curcuma oil have been researched. The results show that the production ratio and properties of the curcuma oil is similar to that with CO_(2) exceeded critical extraction method. The process is simple in operation, and its cost is low. There is reductive carbonyl group in curcuma oil. Curcuma oil has a function of antioxidation.
