摘要
总结了铝合金激光表面熔敷Ni、Cr合金技术的工艺特点及熔敷层性能的研究结果。涂敷层均匀平整、厚度可达1mm,最高硬度为HV680,耐磨性比基体提高8倍。
The technological characteristics of laser cladding of Ni-Cr alloy of Al alloys and some properties of the cladding layer are reported, it is found that the cladding layer has a smooth surface, a thickness of 1 mm, and a highest microhardness with HV680. Moreover, the abrasion resistance of the cladding layer is 9 times as high as that of the Al alloy substrate.
