摘要
研究了1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢冷变形后微观组织和性能随低温退火温度变化的规律。实验结果表明:低温退火后微观组织结构发生明显变化,位错组态由高密度位错缠结向位错胞、位错网格结构变化。450℃退火析出第二相,σ_(0.002)、σ_b、HV较变形态有明显提高,由此提出了1Cr18Ni9Ti钢在不同退火温度范围内的不同强化机理。
The relation between low temperature annealing with microstructure and properties of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel after cold deformation was investgated. The experimental results show that after low temperature annealing, the microstructure of the steel has been changed apparently, the dislocation configuration was changed from high density dislocasion tangles to dislocation cells and networks. The second phase particles were precipitated during annealing at 450℃, and the strength (σ_b, σ_(0.002)^-) and hardness(HV) were greatly increased. Based on the experimental results, the strengthening mechanism of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel at various annealing temperature range was given.
