摘要
首次采用低压渗流凝固装置和球状颗粒来生产泡沫铝,用正交实验方法研究了不同的工艺参数对铝液渗流高度的影响。实验表明:颗粒预热温度的影响最显著,铝液温度和颗粒大小的影响次之,渗流压力的影响不显著。本文还讨论了这四个工艺参数的影响机理。
Aluminium foam was made by using low-pressure infiltrating founding device and spheric granules, different technological parameters influence to aluminium liquid infiltrating height was studied by using orthogonal experiments. The results indicate that granules preheating temperature has a remarkable influence, aluminium liquid temperature and granules size have a small influonce, infiltrating pressure has no obvious offect The influencing mechanism of the four technological paranmeters was discussed in this paper.
