摘要
简要 介 绍了 我国 政 府信 息化 的 概况 、电 子政 务的 概 念、我 国 电子 政务 建 设的 主要目 标 及必 要性 ，提 出了 电 子政 务发 展 中应 注意 的 问题 ，指 出推 进电 子 政务 建设 ，能 够有效 地 提升 政府 形 象，搞 好 政府 内网 、专 网 、外网 和 资源 数据 库 的建 设是 当 务之 急。
This paper briefly introduces the generalsituation of our country's governm ental inform atization,the con- ception ofthe governm entadm inistration,the m ain targets and the necessity ofthe construction ofour country's electronic governm entadm inistration,puts forward som e problem s needing attention in the developm entofthe electronic governm ent adm inistration,and points out that prom oting the construction of the electronic governm entadm inistration can effectively lift the im age ofthe governm ent,and the urgentm atter for the construction of the electronic governm entadm inistration is to builtthe internalnetwork,special network and externalnetwork.
