摘要
对玉米生活力测定方法进行了研究,得到最佳的测定条件为:红四氮唑(TTC)浓度为0 5%,加热温度45℃,加热时间为10min.对陈化的不同玉米样品脂肪酸值、发芽率和生活力进行了测定,实验表明:玉米生活力可以做为玉米储藏品质的判断指标.
The detecting method for vigor of maize was studied.The optimum conditions were as follows:TTC concentration 0.5%,heating temperature 45 ℃,heating time 10 min.The parameters of aging maize were measured such as free fatty acid,germination and vigor.The result indicated that vigor of maize could evaluate storing quality of maize.
