摘要
发达国家知识产权与企业管理效益的融合,已经有多年的历史。借鉴发达国家的经验,我国企业应转变观念,建立知识产权与企业效益融合管理模式;深化改革,建立和完善与企业发展相适应的知识产权管理机构与制度;我国科技创新体系应面向新的市场经济体系实行改革;要加强知识产权与企业管理效益融合的理论研究。
Developed countries has for a long time integrated intellectual property with the profit of enterprise management. Inspired by their achievement, we should change for a management mode of the kind in aspects of institutions, systems suited to the development of our enterprise, with sci-tec innovation made aimed at market economy, research and theoretic work implemented.
