摘要
本文用吡啶催化2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)和腰果酚甲醛树脂的共聚及交联反应,并对影响反应的因素进行了探讨。所得漆膜具有硬度大、颜色浅等特点;反应时,添加少量蓖麻油可大大改进其柔韧性和耐化学试剂性能。
Pyridine catalyzed copolymerization and cross-linking reactions of car-danol-formaldehyde resin with toluene 2,4-diisocyanate ( TDI ) and factors influencing the reactions have been investigated. The coating resulted is characterized by light-colour and high hardness. Its flexibility and property of chemical-resistance can be improved largely by addition of a little of castor oil to the reacting mixture.
