摘要
松针软膏微囊复合添加剂是一种粉末状产品,外观呈绿黄色。该产品系采用松针软膏微型胶囊为基料,再配入少量的脂溶性和水溶性维生素等物质,制成一种新型的具有生物活性的貂用饲料添加剂。这种添加剂生产工艺过程合理,操作方便,产品质量稳定。其最适物料配比(重量％):松针软膏微囊50～60,抗干眼醇0.2～0.6,胆沉钙固醇0.03～0.07,生育酚0.5～0.9,硫胺素0.1～0.5,核黄素0.15～0.2,钴胺素0.8～1.2,泛酸0.1～0.5,叶酸0.01～0.05,菸酸1.0～1.5和填充剂等。产品应用试验实践证明,在水貂日粮中添加0.01～0.04％松针软膏微囊复合添加剂,能促进水貂身体生长,公貂增重约7.7％,母貂增重约16.1％。且水貂换毛速度快,毛皮质量好。试验还发现,松针软膏微囊复合添加剂喂貂适口性好,并且能增强水貂的抗病能力。
The complex additive is a green-yellow powdered product which is composed of microcapsules of the pine chlorophyll-carotene paste and small amounts of fat-soluble and water-soluble vitamins etc. This product with biologically active substances is a new type of feed additive for mink.The manufacturing process is practicable and can be easily operated.The quality of the product is stable. The optimum formulation(weight%) includes pine chlorophyll-carotene paste microcapsules 50-60, axerophthol 0.2-0.6, cholecalciferol 0.03-0.07, tocopherol 0.5-0.9, thiamine 0.1-0.5,riboflavin 0.15-0.2, cyanocobalamin 0.8-1.2,pantothenic acid 0.1-0.5, folacin 0.01-0.05, nicotinic acid 1.0-1.5 and some filling agent .Application trials have shown that 0.01-0.04% addition in diet of minks accelerated their body growth. The body weight of male mink increased by 7.7% and that of female increased by 16.1%. The superseding rate of wool was faster and the quality of fur was also improved.The application trials have also indicated that mink fed with this product had a good appetite and feed intake and was more resistant to diseases.
